PokéMon of the Month, April, 2012

It is finally here! the pokemon of the month for April!
Zoroark

I picked Zoroark because he's a boss!  Also, starting next month instead of putting in 3D models of PokéMon, I'm going to do epic pictures of it!  I didn't do any of those this month because I couldn't find any 3D models and I was planning on starting this resolution next month!

Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2 Update

A new game known as Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2 has been confirmed.  This is a sequel Pokemon Black and White.  We were all expecting a Pokemon Gray.  I'm pretty sure Gamefreak knew about that so they decided to trick us with an even better game.  This game is not an ordinary remake.  It has a different story.  It even has different towns and areas in Unova.  I think that is very satisfying because I though Unova was a pretty small region in terms of how much you can explore.  It also has different starting trainers. It even has different Gym Leaders.  I really want to see how this game plays out!  Here is the first trailer to the game:

Pokemon + Nobanaga's Ambition Update

Hey Everbody! It has been comfirmed that pokemon + nobunaga's ambition will be released for the Nintendo DS in North America.  For all those lazy English people that don't want to say Nobanaga's Ambition you're in luck. They changed the name in the English versions to PokéMon Conquest.  The trailer has been released:

What do you guys think of the trailer?  I think it showed a good amount of gameplay, but never spoiled the story.  It looks pretty fun. What do you guys think of the game?

The Next Big PokéMon Dissapointment?

Although Pokemon has been excellent in making good games there have been a lot of dissapointments throughout the series.  One of them being Pokemon Trozei.  The game was entirely based around puzzles.  If you can match four pokemon in a row, you'll save that pokemon.  It was poorly done.  The layout was too puzzle-ish for my liking.  I was hoping for the layout to look a little bit more pokemon. The game doesn't even seem like it is related to pokemon.  The graphics don't even look like pokemon.  Neither does the artwork.  The commercial doesn't even make the game look fun.  There just singing about how pokemon need to be lined up in four. The jingle is a little bit catchy though:

Another bad game for PokéMon would be PokéMon Dash for the NDS.  This game had a lot of potential.  I kind of liked this game just for the concept.  The controls are TERRIBLE.  You need to swip the stylus the direction Pikachu goes.  WHY?!  Would moving the Plus pad hurt.  I mean really.  It doesn't help that the commercial only shows 7 seconds of gameplay.  When I saw the commercial, I didn't even know what to think of it!  I bought the game anyways.  The game was repetitive and annoying.  The bad controls don't help at all!  After a while, my wrist would hurt from bending it so much!
These aren't the only bad pokemon games.  I'll cover those later terrible excuses for PokéMon games later on.
